documentation instructions:
1. Extract files to C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Mudbox2009/help/ (assumed you installed mudbox on drive C. Adjust path if necessary)
2. Open Mudbox, go to menu Windows - Preferences - User Interfaces.
3. Set option Get Help From: Local Machine/Network, adjust path if necessary.
4. Now you can access help files faster.
